Fuwa ふわ (Part 2)

ふわは、雪から何かを作ったり取り出したりすることができると言われていますがくわしいことは、まだ分わかっていません。







I found the second sentence a little bit tricky, but I am going to try my best.

ふわは
ふわ - fuwa is the name of this lovely snow creature
は - it is a particle, right here it can mean "is"

雪から何かを作ったり取り出したりすることができると言われていますがくわしいことはまだ分わかっていません
雪 - snow
から - from
何か - something/ anything
たり, when combined with the te form of a verb, means that the action is being done within the same period of time with another action, it doesn't meant the actions are done simultaneously. For example: 食べたり、本を読んだり。This means eating and reading, both done within a period of time, but does not mean eating while reading.
作る- make
取りだす - take out
ことができる - means the action is possible, or can be done

So what does 雪から何か作ったり取り出したりすることができる means? I am thinking it means "it is something that can be made and taken from snow "

と言われています - this means it is said, in this case, we don't know who said it.
くわしいこと - this means the details
まだ - still
分わかっていません - this part I also don't understand... わかっていません means not understand, but what about the 分? What does it do here?

Anyhow, the meaning of the whole sentence should be - it is said that fuwa is something that can be made and taken from snow, but the details is still not understood.
